SAP Information Steward - profiling on lookup values

Hello

I created a basic profiling on CUSTOMER KTOKD (values are Z001, Z002, Z003, Z004, ZDEI, ZICO, ZINT)

Result not really usefull :

Looking the distribution I have this : none of the shown value really exist, real values are Z001, Z002, Z003, Z004, ZDEI, ZICO, ZINT

distributed values are Z, 002, 002 – How to force to the lookup list : Z001, Z002, Z003, Z004, ZDEI, ZICO, ZINT ?
