Cannot see my Submitted Rule in "My Worklist"

Hi All, I hope someone can help me.

I have created submitted a rule for approval in IS 4.1.

When I log in as the Approver, I cannot see the Approve Rule task in "My Worklist".  Even though I have Admin authorisation access level..

Does anyone know why this is?
