You can import a cleansing package from one system to another system (e.g. test environment to a production environment), using Central Management Console's (CMC) Promotion Management. Promotion Management will allow you to export out an LCMBIAR file that you can use to import to another environment. Or you can use Promotion Management to promote from a source CMC to a destination CMC, without having to create a LCMBIAR file.
