Quality Dimension cannot have more than 100 rules

I'm getting an error arrow in my quality dimension that says "Quality Dimension cannot have more than 100 rules".  However there are only 89 rules in the quality dimension, so I'm not sure why I'm getting that error?  The scorecard in Scorecard mode generates without issue, but the error displays in Workspace mode.

Has anyone added more than 100 rules to a Quality Dimension.  What happens?  That limitation seems sort of low.

This is on IS 14.2.3.514.
