I have seen this, in my case it was pure bud. I did not find the solution, even after reinstall I got the same error, it disappeared after I applied some patch - i guess Sp02, at the moment we're on Sp03 and I have not seen it anymore.
Can not suggest anythig, you can try your luck with the latest Sp, which is 03
