Thanks for your support.

Now I can successfully created the Integrator Source for  Sybase Power Designer.

I have followed the below steps.

1.  These are my Power Designer repository connection information .

2.  I opened  the DCOM configuration manager  using dcomcnfg.exe .

3.  I changed the Power Designer identity properties  from launching user  to this user   with

     system log in details .

4. Create the integrator source with  log in name & password .
