Hello Mickey,
One way you can do it is to click on Add>Table> then select the DS connection that you got this table from > then click on Imported Metadata button > look for the table > then click on Re-import.
That should update your table.
Note: You can also see if anything has changed in that table by selecting it and then click on the Reconcile button. If changes were made then the column Changed will say "Yes".
