I realised the issue soon after i messaged you. I manually ran a query to update the JobId in duplicate table and the Status table to show the same value. I had only set the JobId and did not set the JobStatus in the Status table. I thought the IS would automatically set the value when we execute the job in IS. When the run failed to generate task i realised that this value needs to be set initially and only will get update when job ran.
SAP needs to make their documentation more comprehensive. I have spent 2-3 days just to understand such a small conept
