Thanks for your reply.

We are using shared directory for file location and tried with server(IS is installed on).

And re-started EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer and SIA but no luck.

Again we are facing the same issue. Couple of week back we are facing the same issue, that time we  re-started EIM and SIM, then it's working fine.

I am not sure, why the issue appeared again, we checked all possibilities to resolve the issue. I feel this error is not related to shared location access, this is happening while either creating a new File\DB connection.

Could you please advice on this?
