BI Launchpad: View Metapedia Terms Hangs

Hi, I'm having a problem that seems to have started recently after we upgraded BusinessObjects BI to  4.1 Support Pack 4 Patch 4. The problem I will describe as follows:   From the BI Launch Pad, 1. I open any folder, 2. I pick select an arbitrary title from the presented list, 3. I right-click on the title 4. I select View Metapedia Terms:

The result is that my browser hangs indefinitely trying to display the requested pane:

This operation worked prior to upgrade to 4.1 SP4. Is there anyone that can help me diagnose this issue?
